Historian
- Takes and has photos developed in duplicate (4x6) each month.
- Develop storage system for photos and negatives accessible at all times by teacher and executive board.
- Files photos in each child’s classroom book.
- Makes and updates classroom books with teacher’s direction.
- Coordinates small photo albums for each child at the end of the year.
- Attends and documents field trips to take photos of every child, or arranges for them to be taken by someone else.
- Attends and documents fundraisers.
- Uses photos of field trips, fundraisers, and classroom time to update bulletin board monthly.
- Arranges class pictures, including collecting the money and distributing the pictures no later than December 1.
